As a default setting, the floating window will be displayed when you run wise care 365. There are three methods to hide it.
Method 1: Right click on the floating widow, click Exit Floating Window
Method 2: Right click on Wise Care 365 Tray icon in Window notification area. Then click Show Floating Window to cancel the green mark.
Method 3: Open Wise Care 365->click Custom icon on the top right->click Settings in the drop-down menu, then click Tray tab, deselect Display floating window automatically when running Wise Care 365.

Method 1: Click
Menu button on top right of main window, click
Settings, click
Tray tab, then you will see the option –
Customize Floating Window, then click the down arrow and choose the item that you want to display. Finally, do not forget to Save settings.
Method 2: Right click the floating window, and left click
Settings, then find the
Customize Floating Windows item. You can choose CPU Usage, CPU Temperature or Disk Temperature to display on floating window.

Wise Disk Cleaner

In Classic mode, Disk Cleaner only scan items that you selected. In Clean mode, it will scan all items, but you will see only default items are selected, it means if you click Clean button, it only clean those default selected items, even though some items have scan result (e.g., Cookies).

Every time you suffer internet, edit document, run a program, remove files into Recycle Bin, even if you don’t do anything only start system, system will create temp files/trash files in C drive. If you don’t clean them, the drive C space will more and more slower.

Some files can't be deleted because they are in use and usually locate in Windows' temporary folders or the users' temporary folders.
